Nils Rudi, Founder and CEO

After high school, Nils worked as a programmer of Movex ERP systems for three years. During this period, he observed that while the ERP systems provided a vast range of data of all business sides of the company, it did not facilitate efficient use these data to make better decisions to ultimately drive down costs and increase revenues. Motivated by this, he founded Minard in 1989, developing decision support system for forecasting, inventory analysis and interactive business graphics. Minard did an IPO and went public on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 1996. Having taken an undergraduate degree part time, Nils continued on for his PhD in 1993 while continuing working with Minard part time until 1997. After his PhD, Nils worked as a faculty at the University of Rochester 1999-2005, and since then has been at faculty at INSEAD. His research has been on scientific methods to manage uncertainty and risk in the supply chain, which makes the foundation of Bravo Lucy.

Rahul Chaubey, COO

Rahul is responsible for operations and business development at Bravo Lucy and drives excellence in delivery for the company. With a diverse background in the Supply chain/IT Industry as a Software programmer, Six Sigma Black Belt, IT program manager, Manager for Retail implementations and Retail business development, Rahul brings a wealth of knowledge to the company with his rich experience. Strongly data driven, Rahul knows best on how to get real value for businesses using IT solutions and services for the supply chain industry. Rahul is an Engineering graduate from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IIM Bangalore and has been associated with General Electric and Oracle Retail for many quality years before joining Bravo Lucy

Eddie Rekdal, CFO

Eddie has a long experience in accounting and auditing, both as a faculty at Molde College and from several startups, including Energy Recovery Inc. which is listed on the Nasdaq exchange.
Eddie is Siv.øk. with Høyere Avdeling (6 year total degree) from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, and is a registered auditor.
